1. Connect your internet from the mobile.
2. Plug the usb cable to computer or laptop from the mobile port.

3. Goto settings from the android device's main menu.
4. In settings menu, click on "more" option.
5. In more option window, click on "Personal hotspot" option.
6. Now enable the "USB tethering" option.
Now wait for few seconds to connect your device.
Note: "USB tethering" option will be enabled when you connect your mobile via USB cable. Otherwise this option will be disabled as default.
