1. Goto "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" folder

2. You will see "hosts" file.

3. Open "hosts" file with any text editor, I would suggest 'notepad'.

4. Add the following code to that file.

127.0.0.1      wustat.windows.com

 
5. Goto File -> Save As option in notepad and click the "Save As Type" drop-down list and select "All Files (*.*)" and save the host file in same directory.
