Step : 1
You will find an red-color notification row (given in below image) at top of the adsense page. Just click the "Click here" link from that notification. Follow the next steps from "Step 3".
Step 2:
If you havn't find the notification row at top of the page, the goto notification icon
and click the icon which is located at near settings icon.
Step 3:
Once you click the above link, then you will be moved to bottom of the page and you'll need to enter that PIN within your account to given text box and then press "Submit PIN" button to complete the address verification process.
The verification notification will be removed once you complete this process. If you haven't complete this this then after 6 months, google will stop showing ads on your websites or blogs.
